Pre-built binaries — no Rust compiler required.

install.packages("rfastlowess", repos = "https://thisisamirv.r-universe.dev")

From conda-forge 

# In a conda environment
# conda install -c conda-forge r-rfastlowess

From Source (GitHub)

Requires Rust and Rtools (Windows).

devtools::install_github("thisisamirv/lowess-project", subdir = "bindings/r")

System Requirements

  • R: 4.4.0 or later
  • Windows: Rtools — required for source installation
  • Rust: Required for source installation only (rustup.rs)

On Windows with Rtools, add the MinGW GNU target:

rustup target add x86_64-pc-windows-gnu

Verifying Installation
